Syllabus:

•    Utilize Lean Startup tools

•    Provide technical knowledge to deal with your company’s problems

•    Be coached under supervision to reach set goals (ex: build a business model, identify possible customers, find potential market segment, estimate market size, define price, and so on)

Duration: Coaching 1:1 once per week for 03 – 06 months (or by request) is advised.

Interaction Form:

III. PEER-TO-PEER COACHING FOR STARTUPS

Peer-to-peer coaching is a common startup coaching form in which a number of startup teams join together in a shared coaching day to reduce cost and learn from others.

Peer-to-peer coaching takes place once a week for 01 hour under the instruction and coordination of a professional coach. This type of coaching reduces more cost and open up more networks, compared with Coaching 1:1.
