Therefore, investing in research and development of innovative ideas, projects, and technology to serve the fisheries industry is necessary to improve competitiveness and sustainable development.

In response to the 2024 Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province Fisheries Innovation Competition, the Department of Science and Technology in collaboration with KisStartup Joint Stock Company is organizing activities to create and develop feasible and creative ideas/projects to serve the development of the fisheries sector.

CEIE - Circular Economy Innovation and Entrepreneurship is a program aimed at fostering awareness of circular economy entrepreneurship among young individuals, university students, and businesses. The program has dual objectives:
