Therefore, investing in research and development of innovative ideas, projects, and technology to serve the fisheries industry is necessary to improve competitiveness and sustainable development.
The training course to develop ideas, innovation projects, and technology to serve the fisheries industry is the solution to the above problem. Following the success of Training Course 1 "Building a business model", KisStartup would like to introduce businesses, technology startups, technology project groups serving the fisheries industry, and students who have a desire to start a business. Official opening of Training Course 2 on June 13, 2024 with the main topic "Market validation and iterate innovative ideas for fishery industry ".
Belonging to the series of important activities of the IMEP project, training class 2 will take place over 2 days with detailed content as follows:
1. Session 1 - June 13, 2024
Training content: How to research the market for ideas, products, fisheries industry services
Purpose: Help learners visualize the potential market size, thereby finding their own direction for their business model or adjusting the business model accordingly.
2. Session 2 - June 14, 2024
Training content: Analyze topics from businesses and form ideas, products and services in the seafood industry. Cooperation model between startups in the seafood industry and partners in the seafood industry.
Purpose: Help startup projects find more opportunities from cooperation or adjusting business models to suit the needs/problems of large enterprises.
