About the IDAP Program
IDAP (Inclusive Digital Adoption Program) is funded by the Australian Government through the GREAT Program and implemented by KisStartup in Lao Cai & Son La provinces.
The program aims to build an inclusive, practical, and locally driven digital transformation ecosystem — especially supporting small businesses, women, and ethnic minority entrepreneurs.
The Digital Transformation Collaboration Conference – Connecting Enterprises and Universities is co-organized by IDAP and the Son La Innovation Center, a public unit under the Son La Department of Science and Technology.
The Center serves as a bridge supporting innovation, digital transformation, and entrepreneurship, accompanying organizations, enterprises, and individuals throughout their development journey.
