We will kick of iRnD 2024 with TTC Pitch series

Powered by KisStartup's iRnD initiative, TTC Pitch serves as a catalyst for technological advancement, bridging the gap between businesses with market-ready technologies and those seeking to acquire and implement cutting-edge solutions. By fostering meaningful collaboration, TTC Pitch empowers the transformation of research breakthroughs into commercially viable innovations.

We invite participation from a diverse range of stakeholders:

  • Technology providers: Businesses, organizations, and scientists with mature technologies ready for transfer and collaboration.
  • Technology seekers: Businesses, individuals, and organizations seeking to acquire or implement new technologies.

KisStartup and KisImpact Representatives Participate in Commercialization Program in the UK

We are delighted to announce that representatives from KisStartup and KisImpact, along with four other Vietnamese delegates, participated in the Commercialization Program organized by the Royal Academy of Engineering (RAE) in the United Kingdom and funded by the British Embassy. The program provided us with the opportunity to network and connect with over 40 experts, innovators, leading executives, and fellow entrepreneurs from Thailand and the Philippines.

The practical sessions at the University of Cambridge, University of Southampton, and UCL provided valuable insights into the unique commercialization ecosystems of each university, offering lessons learned for Vietnam.

Professor Sir. David N. Payne, a leading professor at the University of Southampton and Director of the Zepler Institute on Photonics and Electronics Research Centre, emphasized the importance of adopting a focused approach and strengthening international collaboration for developing countries like Vietnam to leverage their strengths. Building a robust ecosystem takes time and sustained effort.

Building on the knowledge gained from this trip and aligning with KisStartup and KisImpact's commitment to impactful innovation, we are confident that we will continue to take concrete actions and implement programs to bridge the gap between research outcomes and real-world applications.
