About the project:
The project "Strengthening the inclusive digital transformation ecosystem for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Lao Cai and Son La provinces" (IDAP - Inclusive Digital Acceleration Program) focuses on the agriculture and tourism sectors, aiming to promote digital transformation for local businesses. The project is funded by GREAT and implemented by KisStartup Joint Stock Company from 2024 to 2027.
Project goals
The IDAP project aims to enhance the digital transformation capacity of SMEs in Lao Cai and Son La, and create an inclusive digital transformation ecosystem. By applying the ecosystem and market system approach, the project is expected to bring sustainable and long-term results for local stakeholders, such as SMEs, universities, technical service providers and business support organizations.
Job description:
Marketing & Communications:
- Plan and implement marketing and communication campaigns for the IDAP project
- Develop content for communication channels (social media, newspapers, email marketing, websites, newsletters, etc.) to convey information about the project.
- Manage and develop communication content to increase awareness of digital transformation and the value that IDAP project brings to SMEs.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure information is conveyed accurately and effectively to project participants.
Event organization:
- Coordinate planning and organization of workshops, conferences, training courses and networking events within the project framework.
- Coordinate event logistics, ensure activities run smoothly and meet event objectives.
- Manage registration, attendance of attendees, and create promotional materials for the event (design banners, flyers, posters, etc.).
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the event and prepare a summary report, making recommendations for improvements for future events.
Job requirements:
- Have at least 2 years of experience in marketing, communications or event organization.
- Ability to plan and implement marketing campaigns, especially in the field of business development support.
- Good writing and presentation skills, ability to create content suitable for the audience.
- Good event organization and logistics coordination skills.
- Understanding of digital transformation, agriculture and tourism is an advantage.
- Good teamwork and time management skills.
- Report to the project coordinator
