KisStartup continues to recruit interns for the project "Enhancing the Inclusive Digital Transformation Ecosystem for SMEs," focusing on agriculture and tourism in Lao Cai and Son La provinces – IDAP_Internship.

In this 3rd round, we are looking for candidates full of determination, eager to learn, and ready to face challenges, to join us on the journey of driving digital transformation for local businesses. JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Interns will assist businesses in online marketing: Writing articles, creating content, channel planning, designing images, editing videos, etc. Platforms include Facebook, Zalo, and TikTok.
  • Interns will assist businesses in e-commerce: Building, managing, and operating online shops on e-commerce platforms. Platforms include Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • No prior experience or specific major required.
  • Must take full responsibility for the quality of work.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changes.
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce and online marketing.

ABOUT THE IDAP PROJECT
IDAP (Inclusive Digital Acceleration Program) – Enhancing the Inclusive Digital Transformation Ecosystem for SMEs in Lào Cai and Sơn La is funded by GREAT (Gender Responsive Equitable Agriculture and Tourism Program) and implemented by KisStartup JSC as the main partner from 2024 to 2027.

IDAP originated from the Digital Acceleration Program (DAP), designed for businesses, cooperatives, and individual household businesses. By the end of the program:

  • 100% transformed their business models.
  • 100% increased their revenue.
  • More than 7.2 billion VND in total revenue generated through online channels during five 10-week sessions, with each business/cooperative achieving a 300–500% increase in revenue compared to pre-program levels.

ABOUT THE GREAT PROJECT
The Gender Responsive Equitable Agriculture and Tourism Program (GREAT) is an initiative funded by the Australian Government and managed by Cowater International. Phase 1 of GREAT was implemented from 2017–22, and Phase 2 (GREAT 2) runs from 2022–27, with a total investment of AUD 67.4 million from the Australian Government.

ABOUT THE IDAP - INTERNSHIP PROGRAM 
The recruitment program for The Inclusive Digital Acceleration Program (IDAP_Internship), is part of the sub-project "Technical Support to Enhance the Inclusive Digital Transformation Ecosystem for SMEs in Lao Cai and Son La," under phase 2 of the GREAT project. This program seeks to identify potential candidates, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills to engage in sub-project activities, while also supporting businesses led by ethnic minority women in hiring suitable staff.
The program includes key activities:

  • Searching and selecting suitable candidates.
  • Organizing training sessions and workshops on digital transformation and social media to provide knowledge and skills for interns.
  • Building a network between businesses, universities in Lao Cai, Son La, and interns to share experiences and enhance capacities on both sides.

ABOUT THE SUB-PROJECT:
The Inclusive Digital Acceleration Program (IDAP) - Enhancing the Inclusive Digital Transformation Ecosystem for SMEs in Lào Cai and Sơn La focuses on agriculture and tourism. This project, funded by GREAT, is primarily implemented by KisStartup Joint Stock Company from 2024 to 2027.
Main beneficiaries: Small, medium, and micro-enterprises; Universities and colleges; Local human resource service providers; Local technical service providers; National technical service providers; Supporting organizations; Lead chain enterprises.
Project objective: Enhance the capacity of ecosystem components in the two provinces by focusing on capacity building for SMEs in Lao Cai and Son La, using a market system approach.
