Business Model Development Toolkit Based on Heritage, Culture, and Sustainable Development

The Business Model Development Toolkit Based on Heritage, Culture, and Sustainable Development is the result of a concept proposal submitted to the Heritage of Engagement Project. It was developed through teaching and pilot practices across cultural and heritage-based projects in Ninh Thuan, and was finalized over a period of nearly one year.

The sharing session received special attention from the community of businesses developing products from craft and traditional villages, enterprises with products rooted in cultural heritage, as well as university lecturers, students, and researchers.

We believe this will be a positive step forward for sustainable development activities based on heritage and culture, while fostering a supportive ecosystem for the growth of these enterprises.

The toolkit is provided Free of Charge to businesses, startup support organizations, and individuals wishing to start up and develop business models on a cultural and heritage foundation.

The businesses and cooperatives participating in the event showed primary interest in how to use the toolkit effectively and practically, while simultaneously promoting and leveraging their existing traditions.
