DETAILS:
Workshop "APPLYING MENTORSHIP PROGRAM IN SMES'' was held with the desire to help women in Hai Phong and Da Nang who are facing with difficulties and pressures on their business. The workshop aims to introduce and practice the potential of mentoring applications in business.
Then, the final goal is to build a suitable startup mentoring model which helps women in Da Nang overcome.
At the workshop, we will share how entrepreneurs and their mentors overcome difficulties and develop their business models.
TARGETS:
We aim to find potential mentors and mentees to participate in the mentoring model organized by the Vietnam Women's Union.

ABOUT VWU PROGRAM - MENTORING
Mentoring in business is not a new concept in the Vietnam startup community. A mentor is actually an experienced person who wants to accompany young business owners to help them grow in many aspects, thereby operating the business more effectively. To mentors, they are also more mature in their ability to positively influence others, learn from the younger generation, and practice listening skills and the ability to ask good questions.
Famous leaders or entrepreneurs in the world all have a mentor and mentee, typically Steve Jobs. One of his mentors is the Zen master Kobun Chino Otogawa - who had a great influence on Steve Jobs' outlook on life and the philosophy of Apple's design.
It is not wrong to say that mentoring is the weapon of large corporations and small businesses in business operations.
TARGET:
1. Building the first Entrepreneur Mentoring program of the Vietnam Women's Union.
2. Having a sustainable development operating model, organizational structure, and operating philosophy and creating value for participants, especially women who start their businesses in localities.
