If a mentor is to focus on the human development, vision, and attitude of the startup founder, then the coach is the person who provides the technical value to a startup project. These two roles complement each other to create sustainable values for startups, especially innovative startups. However, the concept of startup coach is still very new in Vietnam and their role has not been properly placed in the startup ecosystem.
