Who has the opportunity to be selected to participate?

Businesses, cooperatives, and household businesses in Son La that have registered and participated in the IDAP digital transformation program, with special priority given to businesses owned by ethnic minority women or persons with disabilities, or businesses that are creating jobs for persons with disabilities.
