Within the framework of cooperation between GEVA & HEBA, the training session on Import Regulations and Key Notes when Exporting to the Taiwan Market is organized online via Zoom.

The training session will deeply focus on mandatory import regulations, including:

- Commodity standards: packaging, sub-labels, crating specifications

- Nutritional facts, ingredient composition

- Necessary quality certifications and legal documents

- Quality test results and common mistakes businesses make when preparing export documents

In addition, businesses will be shared with: Common distribution channels when entering the Taiwan market & Important notes when participating in trade fairs in Taiwan to optimize opportunities to meet and work with buyers.

Speaker: Ms. Ha Thi Phuong Lien – CEO of HEBA, an expert with many years of experience in consulting exports to the Taiwan market.

In January 2026, HEBA directly accompanied and coordinated to bring 06 businesses under the GEVA project to participate in the Taiwan Lunar Market Fair 2026. At the same time, HEBA is supporting the introduction and connection of these businesses' orders to major supermarket systems and distribution channels in Taiwan.

This is a highly practical training session, helping businesses understand correctly – do correctly – reduce risks when accessing the Taiwan market, while opening up opportunities for sustainable commercial connection in the coming time.

About GEVA: The "Green Export Incubation and Acceleration through Voluntary Sustainability Standards (VSS)" program is a project funded by the Swiss Government, co-managed by the International Trade Centre (ITC) and the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency (VIETRADE), Ministry of Industry and Trade; and operated by KisStartup JSC during the period of April 2025 – April 2026.
