Welcome to the SME Mentoring 1:1 Hanoi community, Season 9 (2025 - 2026).
Thank you for considering joining our program and reaching this registration step.
However, before filling out the form, please make sure you have read all the articles below to truly understand how we define mentoring, mentor, and mentee. This will help ensure that over the next 12 months, we align our expectations for the program and for each other (mentor - mentee).

Important Notes:
- Please read all 5 articles before deciding to register for the program.
- Registration deadline: 23:59, March 10, 2025.
- Program participation fee: 2,000,000 VND (applies to both mentors and mentees).
- The fee will be fully refunded if you complete 100% of the sessions (equivalent to 12 meetings from the start of the program).
- A deduction of 200,000 VND will be applied for each missed session.

NEXT STEPS AFTER SUBMITTING THE FORM:
- The organizing team will contact you for a 30-minute interview and inform you of your eligibility.
- Mentor and mentee will have an introductory meeting to get to know each other.
- Complete the participation fee payment & receive an invitation letter for Matching Day.
- Official matching - Matching Day (expected in the 4th week of March 2025).
