The toolkit is being developed under the sponsorship of the #BritishCouncil in the Cultural Heritage Partnership within the framework of the Heritage Connect project. It is built, tested, and evaluated by KisImpact. The Cultural Heritage Community Partnership focuses on enhancing the capacity and creating opportunities for members in target communities to plan and implement activities for the protection and promotion of their heritage.

Expert Introductions:

Siu Hril: Master of Urban and Regional Planning, specializing in Community-based Tourism Development and Cultural Preservation. He is the Director of the Center for Impact Innovation and Sustainability (CIIS), a subsidiary of KisImpact, an enterprise social enterprise. He co-founded Plei Jrai to link artisans and communities in the region for cultural preservation activities. He has consulted/advised on projects such as Cultural Heritage Life, Heritage Connect, and Heritage Digitization by the British Council, as well as research, evaluation, and digital transformation consulting for the GREAT project in Lào Cai and Sơn La.

Nguyễn Đặng Anh Minh: PhD in History and Religious Anthropology, Director of the Center for Ethnology and Culture-based Economy (CECE) at KisImpact, with 14 years of experience researching and working with ethnic minority groups in Central and Central Highlands Vietnam. She co-founded Plei Jrai to support and advise artisans in building and implementing cultural preservation projects. She also advised the GREAT project in Lào Cai and Sơn La in 2022.

Nguyễn Đặng Tuấn Minh: Manager and co-founder of KisStartup, specializing in innovation and creativity in business and entrepreneurship consulting. She has 15 years of experience in consulting, training, and digital business management. She was selected by the US Department of State as one of 16 global women leaders to participate in the Global Women's Advisory Program.
