Hiring Project Management Assistant - 2024

For the years 2024-2025, KisStartup is expanding its activities with important projects and welcomes you to join us as a Project Management Assistant. We especially encourage candidates with study abroad goals to apply for the Project Management Assistant position to participate and support the management of the following projects:

1. Green Export Innovation Project for enterprises on the VSS platform
2. Heritage and Sustainable Cultural Technology Business Incubator Project - HCI
3. Marine Economy Innovation Project (in Vung Tau and Da Nang) - IMEP
4. Inclusive Digital Transformation for Enterprises in Lao Cai and Son La - IDAP

Job Description:

• Support project management and coordination: Monitor progress, assist in planning, reporting, and evaluating project outcomes.
• Communicate and work directly with businesses: Participate in meetings, workshops, and business engagements to understand and support their needs.
• Organize and manage events and training programs: Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and project-related events.
• Manage project documents and information: Ensure project documents and information are accurately updated and stored.

Requirements:

•  No experience required, no specialization needed
•  Willingness to take full responsibility for the quality of work
•  Openness to learning and innovation
•  Proficiency in English: Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
•  Goal of studying abroad
