Announcement: The Field Learning Program "Southern Digital Travelogue" – IDAP Project
Dear Businesses participating in the Expanded Digital Transformation Program in Son La under the IDAP project,
As part of the activity series to support businesses in promoting digital capacity and expanding practical business mindset, the IDAP Project would like to introduce the field learning program named "Southern Digital Travelogue". This is a special opportunity for typical businesses to exchange and learn experiences directly from successful digital transformation business models in the South.
I. General information about the program
Expected time: July 2026.
Journey cost: 100% funded by the Project. Selected businesses will not have to pay any fixed costs arranged by the Organizing Committee during the program.
II. Selection criteria and regulations on participants
To ensure learning quality and fairness, the Project Management Board will conduct a strict review based on the following groups of criteria:
1. Criteria for Business selection
- Businesses that have never participated in any previous season of the IDAP project.
- Fully and actively participate in learning and complete 100% of homework.
- Show clear efforts in revenue growth (proven through fully sending weekly/daily revenue data reports via messages to the project).
- Businesses currently participating in coaching with the expanded IDAP project in Son La.
2. Regulations on Participating Personnel

| Age | Participating personnel are required to be 18 years old or older |
| Professional requirement | The personnel sent must be the person who directly participated in the project's coaching course in the expanded digital transformation program in Son La |
| Commitment | No personnel changes after registering and finalizing official information with the Organizing Committee |
III. Mandatory regulations to avoid journey cancellation (DEPOSIT AND REPAYMENT)
Because the entire trip cost is funded by the project, in order to avoid the situation of businesses cancelling the journey at the last minute, causing a waste of resources, the Organizing Committee applies the following mandatory regulations:
- Deposit and Signing commitment: Businesses, after being selected, must deposit 3,000,000 VND and sign the commitment form to participate in the program.

IV. Registration process and instructions

Review the unit's revenue.
Take a photo/export proof data and send it directly to the business's private coaching group or privately message the Project Coordinator to be recorded. - Step 3: Post-registration monitoring activity
After the business completes the registration form, the project will continue to conduct regular coaching calls as usual to accompany, evaluate, and closely monitor the actual application progress of the business.
Deadline – Receiving proof and Evaluation
The project will close the information receiving portal and conduct evaluation and selection until 17:00 PM on June 16, 2026. All information or proof sent after this time will not be considered valid for the trip.
