IDAP is pleased to announce the successful completion of the handing over of digital workforce training materials, with the participation of 60 lecturers and students from Tay Bac University, alongside local support organizations.

Key highlights include:

High Appraisals on Digital Business Approaches:

- Participants highly appreciated the business model approach integrated with digital transformation, particularly in the areas of online business, digital marketing, and data-driven mindset.

- Content on Design Thinking and the development of digital transformation-integrated training curricula received significant interest and is ready to be implemented in teaching practices.

- The handed-over materials effectively support the formulation of digital lectures and the application of technology within the classroom.

- The GEDSI (Gender, Ethnicity, Disability, and Social Inclusion) perspective was seamlessly integrated and recognized as a crucial factor in curriculum design and learner-centric approaches.

Commitments after the program:

Many lecturers and students are ready to: 

– Build lectures/courses integrated with digital transformation 

– Design training modules on digital data 

– Conduct case studies with businesses 

– Apply digital tools and GEDSI into teaching and research

Some contents will continue to be supported more deeply: 

– Data mindset and data digitalization 

– Digital transformation project management 

– Application of AI in teaching

The activity does not only stop at handing over materials, but is opening up a new transition: 

from learning → doing → creating real value in the local ecosystem.
